    \n<\/strong>6. EbonyLife Wi-Fi is intended for to be used for e-mail, instant messaging, browsing the internet and using apps. You are only permitted to use EbonyLife Wi-Fi for your own personal use and not for any commercial purpose. Any intellectual property rights in the EbonyLife Wi-Fi are owned by or licensed to EbonyLife.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    7. You must not use EbonyLife Wi-Fi for any illegal or inappropriate activity including but not limited to:<\/p>\n

    1. uploading or distributing any material that contains viruses or anything similar;<\/li>\n
    2. infringing the intellectual property rights, privacy or any other rights of any person or organization;<\/li>\n
    3. doing anything that will or may interfere with, disrupt, damage or impair EbonyLife Wi-Fi or our provision of goods and\/or services;<\/li>\n
    4. storing, distributing, uploading, downloading or receiving any information which is harmful, defamatory, obscene, indecent, discriminatory, offensive, or liable to cause harassment or distress;<\/li>\n
    5. sending spam or unsolicited commercial offers or adverts;<\/li>\n
    6. carrying out any unlawful, illegal or fraudulent acts;<\/li>\n
    7. intercepting or monitoring data or messages while they are being transmitted over EbonyLife Wi-Fi;<\/li>\n
    8. impersonating any person or misrepresent your identity; and\/or<\/li>\n
    9. gaining unauthorized access to systems, networks or other devices of EbonyLife or any other person.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      8. You must not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any of our security safeguards or those of our suppliers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      Privacy<\/p>\n

      9. When you use EbonyLife Wi-Fi, we may collect information about your device and its location; the volume of data which you use; the websites and applications which you access and your usage time, frequency and location. However, such information is used only to provide you with access to the EbonyLife Wi-Fi, and is not used for any profiling, marketing or other purposes. If you do not want the EbonyLife Wi-Fi to use your location data, please change your location and GPS settings on your device. Disabling such access may result in loss of certain functionality accordingly.

      \n12. You are responsible for providing all devices required to access and use EbonyLife WiFi. You are also responsible for ensuring the compatibility of your device with EbonyLife Wi-Fi.
      \n13. Please note that EbonyLife cannot guarantee the security or privacy of EbonyLife WiFi, and it is your responsibility to take steps to back up and protect your own data. We shall not be responsible for any loss of functionality or damage caused to your device as a result of your use of the EbonyLife Wi-Fi. Third party websites
      \n14. EbonyLife is not responsible for the content of any third-party websites or applications which you access while using EbonyLife Wi-Fi. Please note that EbonyLife Wi-Fi may be subject to content filters which restrict access to certain sites. Availability of EbonyLife Wi-Fi

      \n17. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected incidence(s) of non-compliance with these Terms.       (b) we will use reasonable endeavours to exclude viruses from EbonyLife Wi-Fi to the extent that we are able to, given the level of control we have over it, but we make no representation or warranty of any kind that EbonyLife Wi-Fi or any websites or applications accessed via EbonyLife Wi-Fi or their contents will be free from viruses introduced by third parties.
